Government Duffy Books

At assembly this week we all received a new book which was through Duffy Books in Homes but paid for by the Government.
It is important to keep reading to help with your learning.
Keep your books in a safe place.

Oral language

This week we are using 'talking' eyes to help us to share information.
We had to talk about our new Duffy Books.

Shadows

After reading a book about shadows we went outside to find some.
Luckily the sun was shining because you need the sun to make a shadow.

Kiwi Can - reliability

Today we learnt about being reliable.
In the game Minefields we had to trust our leader to safely guide us as we had our eyes closed.

Oral task

Yes or no
We have to guess what is on the glasses without looking.
If you are wearing the glasses you are only allowed to ask questions that have yes or no answers.
From the answers we have to guess what it is.
How carefully do you listen?
